A Student’s Game of Life

People often assume the wrong things, this young man a sophomore named Jeremiah is living proof that you shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover. Like many other teens his age has an interest in gaming, however unlike others he seems to know what he wants in life. (Jeremiah is shown on the left in his journalism class)

20180813_131848 (1)This 15 year old has his life all planned out. He told me he wants to be a game designer to give kids the joy that he experienced at that age. When asked about his home life he said it was quite normal.

His home life seems to be quiet and calm living with his dad and 18 year old brother. He told me he has been playing games since he could remember. When asked about why he chose his current career path he had this to say, “ When growing up the quality of games wasn’t as good as it is now, and even then the joy I felt playing the games was amazing. I hope to give others that feeling.”
