Student Feature, Football, Baseball

Noah Lyons is a future University of Tennessee athlete and #16 on the Central High School football and baseball team. He’s an all-star on the field and in the classroom.

Noah has planned on going to UT with his brother, Trey Lyons, for baseball or football.  Noah took his brother’s number after he graduated with the class of 2024. Before every home game, he touches his brother’s picture on the wall in the locker room to give him good luck. Noah has always looked up to his brother, Trey, whether in sports or general.

One of Noah’s specialties is motivating people around him, either in sports or the real world. He loves to encourage himself before games by listening to his favorite artist, Yungblood, which gets him in the right headspace.

Noah prefers the color red to any other. So it’s fitting that his Central sports uniforms are red and black. He used to play for the Holston’s basketball team when he went there. However, baseball has always been his true love.
