Asher Warwick is an education-seeking student who performs with the Central High School band.
On Mondays and Thursdays after school, Asher rehearses with the school band to be ready for the Friday football games. Asher’s hobbies include going outside with his dog and perfecting his clarinet skills. Asher was born and raised in Knoxville, TN, and he’s happy living here. His favorite book series is Diary of a Wimpy Kid, and his favorite movie is The Spongebob Movie.
During the summer, Asher and his family travel to Florida for vacation and sightseeing. To keep a healthy school/life balance, Asher gets his work done so it doesn’t “pile up” on him. Another interesting fact about Asher is that his favorite game is Nitro Type. He also told me that one of the funniest things that happened to him was that during one of his concerts, a part of his clarinet fell in the middle of his playing. “I felt very embarrassed in that moment” he said.
Another activity that Asher enjoys is kayaking. “I travel to different lakes and rivers. I don’t go to just one place” Asher said. Also Asher is learning to play saxophone just like his idol, Mr. Mink. A big goal for Asher is to make sure that when he graduates he gets a job that he enjoys doing. He wants to be in a place where he knows he’s making a difference with his job.
When Asher gets home from his busy day of school and rehearsing, he goes to chill with his dog and thinks about the next day as another day of improving. Asher always wants to stay positive and lift himself and others when they’re feeling down. It’s a part of his stoic personality. At the end of the day he makes sure that nothing takes him off his path of success.
