With only a few games remaining in this year’s season, the lady bobcats volleyball team is proud of their 5-3 record. The team not only boasts a winning record, but also won their first tournament in many seasons.
With only a few games remaining in this year’s season, the lady bobcats volleyball team is proud of their 5-3 record. The team not only boasts a winning record, but also won their first tournament in many seasons.
Junior Emma Shoup had some interesting things to say about this season and her teammates. The team is taking a different direction from the previous year: new coach, new teammates, new attitude. The new coach is working well with the players and it seems to be a great team dynamic. The players feel that because he is younger, it makes him more relatable and he understands and gets along with all of the players.
The team members didn’t know each other very well going into this year’s season, but they are growing closer. They worked hard over the summer to prepare for the 2019 season and it is really starting to show.
